And last but not least, Hampton's Ramon Mercado takes home StatSheet's MEAC 6th Man of the Week. Jackson had 50% shooting, 7 rebounds per game, and 14.5 points per game. The Morgan State senior played well in victories against Coppin State and Maryland-Eastern Shore.

Jackson totaled 14 points and 7 rebounds in 18 minutes in an 86-68 win over Coppin State. He then added 15 points and 7 assists in a 58-45 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore.

This is the first StatSheet MEAC Player of the Week honor for DeWayne Jackson. However, he has received an honorable mention. The runner-up this week is our own Shaquille Duncan. Honorable mention goes to Jean Louisme, a senior from North Carolina A&T.
